Meet Samuel

Founder | Coach

Fitness has been part of my life for more than a decade, but I have never believed that lasting results come from temporary motivation, extreme routines or spending every spare hour in the gym.

I am a husband, a father of two and a working professional with a demanding corporate career. I understand the challenge of trying to remain fit while balancing deadlines, family responsibilities, limited time and the pressures of everyday life.

That experience shapes the way I coach.

I specialise in helping busy working men regain control of their health, build strength and remain consistent without neglecting the other important areas of their lives.

The goal is not to create a lifestyle that revolves entirely around the gym. The goal is to make training work within the life you already have.

Whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle, improve your energy, regain confidence or simply feel like yourself again, I provide the structure, accountability and practical support required to make sustainable progress.

The God Given Gainz Philosophy

At God Given Gainz, every programme is built on six principles that go beyond fitness. They're designed to help you become stronger, more disciplined and more confident—inside and outside the gym.

  • Transform with Purpose
Build lasting change, not temporary results.
  • Build Real Strength
Develop strength that improves everyday life.
  • Forge Discipline
Success comes from consistent habits, not fleeting motivation.
  • Pursue Excellence
Strive to become a better version of yourself every day.
  • Stay Accountable
Progress is built through consistency, guidance and support.
  • Create Lasting Confidence
Confidence is earned through commitment, perseverance and growth.

My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and influences the way I coach — with integrity, encouragement and genuine care — but God Given Gainz is open and welcoming to everyone regardless of background or beliefs.

The aim is simple: to help you become stronger, healthier and more confident while building habits that positively influence every area of your life.
