  • How many times should I train per week?

    The ideal training frequency depends on your specific goals, fitness level, and schedule. For general fitness, 3-4 sessions per week can be effective. If you have more specific goals like muscle gain or weight loss, 4-5 sessions may be beneficial. I will tailor a plan that fits your needs and ensures optimal results.

  • What types of training do you offer?

    I offer a variety of training types both in person and online. These include strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), functional fitness and more. Each program is customised to match your goals, whether it's building muscle, losing weight, or enhancing overall fitness.

  • Do I need any special equipment for online coaching?

    While having a gym membership and access to a gym, or basic home equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat can enhance your workouts, I can create effective bodyweight routines if you have no equipment. We'll work with whatever resources you have available to ensure you get a great workout.

  • How do you track progress?

    Progress is tracked through regular check-ins, workout logs, and progress photos. I also use various metrics like body measurements and weight. This comprehensive approach helps ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals.

  • What kind of nutritional plans do you provide?

    I offer goal-based nutritional plans tailored to your specific needs, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These plans include balanced meal ideas, Calorie and macronutrient breakdowns, meal prep tips and supplement recommendations. I focus on sustainable and enjoyable plans based on your preferences that will support your fitness journey. Nutritional plans are included for ALL Online clients.
